Within this culture, the young people come together from different churches to worship God, to learn, to motivate and to do mission activities. They are strong and active in carrying out the purpose God has given for them. This department keeps on engaging in many activities throughout the year such as personal evangelism, youth camps, outreach ministry, church activites, prayers, worship ministry, teaching and street ministry. They focus on winning the souls to Christ as well as transforming the lives of the people. They equip themselves under the guidance of the Holy Spirit to reach the level of maturity in God's sight. In fact, though every youth group from specific churches work differently, they have a common goal which is to reach out to the lost and lonely.
